Abstract: With the development of China's economy and the progress of agriculture, the degree of mechanization in actual agricultural operations has also been greatly improved. In the actual use of agricultural machinery, there are often some malfunctions that affect people's normal production. Based on past experience, farmers currently have limited knowledge about agricultural machinery maintenance. Therefore, in order to better repair common issues with agricultural machinery failures, we will conduct a certain analysis based on our own experience. This will enable farmers to repair simple problems even after agricultural production machinery malfunctions, ensuring better order in agricultural production.

0 Introduction

Due to the great development of China's economy, mechanization has been widely popularized in the actual process of agricultural production, and the labor intensity of farmers has been greatly reduced in the agricultural production process. Mechanized production not only improves the quality of crops, but also greatly promotes the income of farmers. However, due to the complex environment of agricultural machinery farming, it is inevitable that certain malfunctions will occur during its actual operation, which will have a significant impact on local agricultural production. Therefore, it is very important to summarize some common repair methods based on maintenance experience, which has a certain promoting effect on agricultural production.

1. Common causes of agricultural machinery failures

In the actual use of agricultural machinery, if there is a certain deviation between its actual construction state and the original design state, faults will occur, and the entire machinery's work cannot continue or some functions cannot be realized, which will have a certain impact on its actual production. However, in the process of actual work, it is inevitable that there will be certain wear and circuit problems between machines. Due to the fact that most users have not received professional training and are not familiar with the maintenance methods of agricultural machinery before actual use, they have not avoided the precautions that need to be taken during the relevant operation process. Some parts with strong wear and tear have not been properly maintained, resulting in wear and fatigue damage to some components.

In the actual work process, most farmers do not carefully consider the actual farming situation of agricultural machinery. Therefore, situations that exceed its load often occur, causing the machinery to work beyond its load during use. At the same time, operators should pay more attention to the safe operation methods during the operation of agricultural machinery, and have a certain understanding of some frequently used emergency handling methods, so as to improve the level of agricultural machinery operation of farmers. Secondly, before actual driving, the fuel tank and other components should be carefully inspected to avoid oil leaks and shortages during use. At the same time, the oil temperature must also be closely monitored. When the oil temperature is high, it indicates that the wear between agricultural machinery components is more severe. Therefore, when the oil temperature is high, the cause needs to be checked.
